Pretendables School Desk

As usual, this educational " toy " has so much to offer. Upon its arrival, I opened it to inspect it because the delivery service had considerably crushed one corner of the box. The toy was fine but the contents were a bit tossed about. I noticed that it was missing the marker so I called the company. The customer service was outstanding! They sent me a marker in no time. ( Obviously it's easy to miss putting an item in a " box ". ) I order the majority of my toys for my grandchildren from Fat Brain and its the quality of the toys, the attention to detail, the thought put into the design to promote learning, curiosity and fun is unsurpassed in my opinion. Now I know how they value their customers by how their CS rep easily took care of my need.

My granddaughters (4 & 6) LOVE this!!! The flippers on the inside aren't very durable though - one broke almost immediately. But they love this set and it's such a great enrichment toy!

The child to whom I sent this gift has trouble with 'letters' and sounds. The fun, multi-sensory play of this set is perfect. She has card to see and hold, chalk/markets to copy what she sees and an eraser to correct any missteps. It is fun and reduces meltdowns from being 'wrong.' I love the versatility of the item and the many ways it can make learning fun. Plus it all packs up into a neat package and can be taken on trips, plane, anywhere. What a great find.

The design and contents are fantastic! It looks like it is colorful and "fun" to play with but serves as an educational purpose. It is so great ordered a 2nd set for another child as a gift. Only issue was the clip on inside of door flap was broken and left a sharp edge that could hurt someone. Customer service responded promptly after we sent images and info and is issuing a replacement for the broken kit. It is great to know there is a reliable company that take pride in their products. Thank you.
