Surprise Ride - Make a Traditional Mosaic Trivet Activity Kit

My nine year old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed making the Mosaic Trivet. She was going to give it as a house warming gift to her other grandparents. My five year old grandson likes the Surprise Ride trucks. The fact that you can decorate them with stickers and paint is a plus. He could design them to look just like he wanted. Wonderful quality for both items. I have never been disappointed with any of the toys and items from Fat Brain.

Encourages creativity..

I purchased this for my 6 year old grandson. It took him a little while to understand what to do and how to do it. It does require adult supervision and help. He was excited to see how the finished product looked and to see it being used in the kitchen.

Thought this would be a good gift for my grandson since his mom went to Barcelona. This would make a good activity they could do together and learn about what she experienced while she was there

My 7 year old granddaughter loves the Mosaic Kit. It really speaks to her creative side. Her parents are very happy with it too!

When looking at this on the website it appears to have far more flexibility in design than it actually had. There were really no extra pieces and the colors were mostly browns and greens, it seemed. My daughter tried out several different designs but ended up frustrated and simply glued them near where she had planned to. Definitely not what I had expected.

Needed an indoor project for my grandchildren. This gave each of them an opportunity for their own creative style as they were able to make their own design. Extra tiles not used became part of a game my grandson devised.

My granddaughter and her mother created a masterpiece together! What a fun project for both of them!
